If you dont want to go through an automated system, Go to the Atlanta Humane Society office and talk to them. They have rules and regulations about the adoptees they take in. They can also give you advice on where to take them if they cannot. They are very friendly and will give you good advice.
They dont take in animals but they will be able to tell you who does.
You have to go in and inquire about space and availability since you don't have spay or vaccination records for them their is a $40 fee for animal surrenders if no space contact animal control or furkids
Depends on how many they have. We were there about 2 months ago and they were near capacity for cats but your best bet is to give them a call.
