Why is this place so bad for employees?

Poor staffing

Only negative feedback from DON/administration. The quality of employees don't have any compassion/TLC. There version of teamwork is you do everyone else's job and when you are drowning and need help, no one can be found. The DON/ administration are very quick to write you up without educating you on why and how to improve then ask questions later. This only makes an employee doubt their ability to do their job. Most female nurses there are literally too busy out to "get" one another vs concentrating on patient care(your typical workplace drama24/7. So what did I get out of working at this facility beside a huge permanent headache? Stress, aggravation, depression, lower self confidence.
