I think (uncertain) that it starts on Sunday October 15th (last day of the fair) but I'm pretty sure because that's the day we got ours last year.
Every year, after labor day, usually first week of September the advanced tickets are sold at the office up until the Sunday before the fair which is always the 2nd week of October.
