Young girl who took my vitals and showed me to exam room had no ID nor did she introduce herself. Not rude but not friendly either—set the tone for what was to come. Physician introduced himself but not the person who accompanied him (lack of common courtesy). The physician was curt, and repeated at least four times that if I sought any part of my treatment elsewhere (which I never suggested I would), they would no longer see me. Medical history review was brief as was physical exam. I was told that while federal regulations require office visits every three months in order to prescribe narcotics (which I’ve been taking for past 3-4 years for back pain) this practice requires monthly visits. Seems to me nothing but greed as this serves no practical purpose that I can think of. I am a retired RN and no way in hell would I go back here due to what I perceive as greed and total lack of empathy. I insist on being treated with respect and empathy. Everyone should.
