It does offer a wash station. Its $15 if I remember correctly. They provide everything for you. I think this is the only place close to downtown that does this.
Bentley's is in the process of installing a full grooming facility. They may still offer self use facilities in the back. Give them a call.

Bentleys doesn't, that I know of... I haven't heard of any place that offers that, but I've not looked in to it either.
