Almost all employees, with few exceptions, are wearing masks. Approximately 20% of customers seem to be wearing masks on the day/time we visited. They have hand sanitizing stations throughout, but their sanitizer is fragranced in a manner that makes them inaccessible to people with allergies like myself. There is an open-air self-serve food bar that in the 15 minutes of waiting for my partner to come out of the bathroom, I didn't see anyone come to sanitize, which speaks volumes to me about the general culture of cleanliness in this store. Same goes for the food conveyors at checkout, which were visibly not cleaned in a while. All these points paired with the fact that the cereal box I got had dirt on the outside (probably from being dropped, which is ok, but then not cleaned, which is not ok) and the salsa I first picked up being legit sticky on the outside. If you're vaccinated, you generally have very little risk of contracting Covid-19, tho you can spread it if you get it on you.
Most everyone are wearing masks and there are sanitary barriers for cashiers and customers.
They have masks and barriers for the employees, but they don't enforce anything for customers. Many customers don't even seem to bother and as someone high risk, if it wasn't near my house and wasn't for the Starbucks, I might not bother since they don't have curbside. They've already put back salad bar and self serve doughnuts months ago and those were sketchy before a pandemic because of people being gross... And last time I went in there were employees not even wearing masks correctly anymore. I'm vaccinated but high risk and also don't believe everyone who was maskless is vaccinated since they weren't wearing masks this whole time anyway.
