I have had autumn as my cashier maybe four or five times now (I normally come in late at night right before the store closes with a huge buggy full of items) and every time she has been so pleasant and helpful. She will greet you with a smile and ask very genuinely how your day is going. I found out today that she works two jobs and from what I’ve seen constantly has a very positive attitude. If you go in and have autumn is your cashier please treat her with respect because she has certainly earned mine

I always love the opportunity to go into an Ingles as we do not have them where I live. The cashier was really friendly and she was tolerant with me running through all my gift cards deleting the balances. Hahaha. The store was super clean and had everything we needed it was a little pricey, but what can you do when you're on vacation. If you like apple fritters, I say they're the best you can get. I got 12 of them for less than 7 bucks!

This is a nice clean store. Friendly staff. But their prices are high. Guess they can get away with it since they have no competition. Great selections. But over $2.49 for a can of tomato soup? So glad we only needed a few things.

I've shopped here over a decade and for the most part it's a nice place to shop. Beware of the sandwich bar if you only have an hour for lunch though. There are usually 8-16 people working in the deli but only one seems to be trained on making a sandwich.

Almost all employees, with few exceptions, are wearing masks. Approximately 20% of customers seem to be wearing masks on the day/time we visited. They have hand sanitizing stations throughout, but their sanitizer is fragranced in a manner that makes them inaccessible to people with allergies like myself. There is an open-air self-serve food bar that in the 15 minutes of waiting for my partner to come out of the bathroom, I didn't see anyone come to sanitize, which speaks volumes to me about the general culture of cleanliness in this store. Same goes for the food conveyors at checkout, which were visibly not cleaned in a while. All these points paired with the fact that the cereal box I got had dirt on the outside (probably from being dropped, which is ok, but then not cleaned, which is not ok) and the salsa I first picked up being legit sticky on the outside. If you're vaccinated, you generally have very little risk of contracting Covid-19, tho you can spread it if you get it on you.
