Is the ballpark open to the public year round? I apologize if I misread the sign.

So far it has been open most everyday for walking around. No open concessions.

Depends on the day. Sometimes they have events and will close early to prepare but generally open mornings for walkers and has a playground in the back that small kids love. The bathrooms by 3rd base are generally open but not the ones by 1st base. Wished their concessions stand was open more. Downtown is very limited on places to eat and I love their burgers. It's also pet friendly if you want to walk your dog.
