Yes. Just go in the front door with reception/help desk on your direct right and the three elevators are in front of you and a bit to the right. You do not need a room key card to ride them. It has five or six floors. The first floor is reception, breakfast dinning area and a restaurant in open (interior) air lobby (nice fake outdoor feel since you are inside the main hotel structure). I however do not believe the staff would appreciate someone or a group going up and down the elevators with out a specific reason. This is not the Sears tower.
