Just ordered a club tuna and was charged for a regular Tuna. I made the correction after i paid. The manager came up, didn't apologize and proceeded to charge me again for the difference which was their mistake. I said that i don't want to pay for their mistake and was told that it wasn't their problem. I asked for their general manager or district manager's and was also told no. Super unprofessional staff. Don't go there unless you want to be disrespected.

Always satisfied.. Quick, even tried the 16 inch which was great! Add the giardiniera if you dare!! I always get the Vito regular #5.. Tuna is super good too. Added extra lettuce to the BLT was too good. This location is too good!!

The bread is never soft/fresh. I have purchased day old bread softer.... It seams like too many Jimmy John's are not making fresh bread daily

Placed an order and waited over an hour. Called and was told it'll be about another hour because they don't have a driver. Worst customer service ever. Whom ever I spoke with on the phone did not care at all.
