I have been sitting here now for over 30 mins and haven't got my smoothie yet...and just gave mine to someone else...I see the guy who took my order finished his break and still waiting...we are few customers only.. such a disappointed.

This isn't a question. Regardless, if you received service you are unsatisfied with, I would contact a manager or ask the people at the pick up counter for help.

Did you ask about it? It took awhile for me to get my iced latte also, because another person makes the specialty drinks.
