They usually do. They have a very large selection of baby items at most times. They also have a deal on Saturdays & Sundays to fill a garbage bag full of clothing for only $4. They will also usually negotiate lower prices if you are buying multiple items. They are VERY kind & helpful.
Yes they do have car seats but it depends upon how many the public has given for them to sell
