I am trying to help some one in a complex in Sandy Springs who is feeding Ferels. Their English is really bad so I need someone to contact them to help with SNR. How do I get to actually speak to a person. I am a Furkids Volunteer. Thanks,

Call them directly and leave a message. Someone explain that you need to speak to someone that you are a volunteer

Call at various times during the day and someone will answer at some point. They will spay and neuter for free, but there is a $25 fee per animal to cover the cost of shots. They cut off the tip of the left ear to mark them as already being neutered, possibly only done to the males. You must bring them in on time in the morning (between 8 & 9 I think) and pick them up in the evening (between 5 & 6). Please confirm the times with them. You must use shredded paper for litter while their incisions heal as regular litter can get into the incisions.

I know they have an option for the feral program but I don't know if that gets you to a real person or not. I usually just walk in when I want to talk to them but they're not that far out the way for me
