I deal in fine 20th century furniture and art. What building would be best for me?

I believe the south building, but there seems to not be organized in thar fashion. Looks like first come first served for the dealers. There is a free shuttle bus between the two buildings so most folks see everything.

Both buildings have furniture and art. The north building may have more though.
