Theres two bridges with a s in the road and a small canyon. Thats where you park. Hard to miss. Bobby is right too but I figured I'd put it in simpler terms. BE SUPER CAREFUL WHEN AT WATERFALL! IT IS A DANGEROUS SPOT.
If I put 3209 US-176, Tryon, NC into Google maps, I see a photo of the two parking spaces and the trail entrance. (There are another four spots to park on the other side of 176 just west of the entrance.) If you're coming from Tryon, the trailhead is 1.2 miles from Trinity Lutheran Church IMMEDIATELY past the first of two double bridges that cross the river. If you're coming from Saluda, the entrance is 7/10 of a mile from the road the goes to Pearson's Falls and Glen -- immediately before the second of two double bridges that cross the river. The trail is in and out. When you get to the fork in the trail not too far from US-176, bear left rather than going forward.
