Perfect small amphitheatre that seats about 400. Behind the stage are trees making for a very cool setting for a concert. We saw legendary blues man Mac Arnold. The fact that these concerts are free is great. For a 7pm show get there at 5:30, no later than 6 to get your seat or bring in chairs. You can bring in coolers. Great setting.

Small and intimate park! One of my dear friends were married here a few years ago. Only great memories here.

Its a nice environment, great for shows and things of that nature. Before going there I thought it was like an actual park, but it wasn't. Roger's Park is more like an amphitheatre. I enjoyed myself when the "Golden Trumpets" and other gospel groups came.

2nd best outdoor venue in Tryon (after Peterman Amphitheatre at TFAC). They run a great community concert season each summer in this pretty little pocket park with good acoustics and plenty of seating. Food and beverages are available and donations requested. Bring something soft to sit on (stone seats) and join your neighbors for a relaxing evening of interesting music.
