No but there are technicians on site which can guide you if you tell them about your problem.
They do not. However, as stated before, they do do in store repairs. However, in my opinion, its a little pricey. But that's just because I do at home PC repairs as a side gig, and my prices are low.
No, but they have excellent in store with fast returns. Usually same day or while you wait.
