I received brake service by you guys 6 months ago and my brakes are already making a loud noise I came in for an oil change and told them the problem and I was told by your service technician that they are going to squeak because of the cheap material you all use (value advantage pads) and there’s nothing that could be done. I get my services done by the dealership because I thought I would get quality products but this will be last time ever getting serviced by Nissan. I thought I was paying extra to get things right the first time than to hear you use cheap products and my brakes are just going to squeak and there’s nothing I could do about it. This is very disappointing. They have attempted to make it right but I believe they just put the same type of brakes I complained about, I’ll probably be hearing squeaking again in 6 months once the warranty is up thanks again and no it doesn’t just squeak because it’s cold in the morning I hear it getting off the exit on my hour drive to work (since this was written on my paper work as if I’m delusional and never received brake service before and just learned it’s normal to hear a screeching noise constantly when I drive with brand new brakes)! I don’t appreciate this note on my paperwork as if there was no problem and I’m crazy. This place is a joke buy your own parts and take it elsewhere.
