What type of machines for exercising
I have been taking it several months. Recently I was in the hospital and for two days and could not stand or walk. When feeling in my legs came back I was sent home and started physical therapy. I had worked with this therapist twice before. She was very surprised at how well I could still move and perform previous exercises I had done. I told her about Silver Sneakers she told me to please keep going because I was doing so well even after a set back. I explained that the instructor was very aware of everyone in the class and what they could and should not do and encourage people to meet there abilities but to not do things that might be harmful to them
