nice, clean facility. Some staff are friendly, some not so much. There’s one lady at the front desk that is never nice. Too much catering to the elderly and not enough class offerings for the 35-55 crowd. I would love to see more classes added for this age group. Also, it’s very difficult to cancel your membership and the owner and front desk lady get nasty about it. Just waiting for the end of our contract so we can cancel. If you’re 70 or over this is a great gym under 70 I would reconsider.

Has a lot to offer. Not crowded and uncomfortable. I would recommend anyone joining. Have a pool, hot tube and steam room also 2hour childcare.

Yes they do, Silver Sneakers or Silver & Fit. Same Class, different insurance call it differently. GREAT FUN & THE LINE DANCE CLASS, I take both😁
There are no courts like at the Y! It's not really a place for younger kids to work out. They only have like a small room where someone watches children while you workout.
Yes to use the pool. No to have a birthday party. You make a reservation for the party and pay like you would at any other place.
Yes they will, Silver Sneakers will pay 100 0/0 of your membership, that'll also include any & all Classes.
The pool is open the same times, with the exception of when there are water aerobics class. The schedule is available on the website
All you gotta do is call them and see if they take it. If you have silver sneakers then yes they will take it

Yes, if they have never been there before it's free the first time there is a charge after that to bring a friend
