Sorry, my membership with Trinity is through Medicare's "Silver Sneakers" program, so I don't know! Just stop by & ask, they were very nice & will offer you a tour!

Right now they have a special. It ends up being around $30 a month with no enrollment fee. It is well worth it!
Same here. Mine is over for my low spine, but my upper spine is next but I don't know the cost.
