Not everyone gets mail everyday, which is my first answer. Secondly, as a postal carrier, sometimes we are carrying 2 if not 3 routes a day. It is hard to choose who is getting their mail later or earlier. We do the best we can everyday. Hope this helps Tammy Ritzko

Is it not illegal if mail is not delivered every day for the Constitution
