Well if u work 2 shifts witch are about 3.5 hours long u get a dollar extra for being full time then time and a half at that wage after 40 hrs and a dollar extra now cause of peak and a dollar extra again in dec. Cause of peak. And night shift is a dollar fifty more. Also u can work as many shifts as ur body can handle
I think it's anything after 40 hours per week is over time
