Absolutely disgusted with how rude the staff is here. Rushing me for a number that doesn't exist. I was 15 minutes early and they're telling me I need to hurry up and find it because they close soon. Take your pre-employment drug tests elsewhere. Trust me.

Total nonsense. Went to Bloomington today to get a drug test for my employer and they're completely closed. Drove all the way to the St. Paul location and they won't take walk-ins and tell you to call or to use the website. They should be able to schedule me if I'm here in person, but the whole company is useless. Lady at the desk tells me it's "not her problem" if the other location is closed. Rude and unhelpful.
