Customer service is great but follow through needs work. A device was delivered that didn't function properly and needed a follow up visit. They committed to delivering a "transport bottle" to the facility (due to the faulty equipment delivered) and never showed up. And one of the two tanks provided will not take oxygen from the filling unit.

Questions & Answers

I could not get my cpap working last nite. I washed out everything and when I went to put the face mask air hose it did not fit into the the tube hose. I do not know what I did it worked fine untill last nite. Could someone get back to fix it.
