Absolutely, appalling customer service. First person that answers the phone, is a curmudgeonly elderly woman that has the gall to tell me to please shut up and wait to be transferred as I was explaining my frustration. The next person tells me that my order delay is my fault for them not having the items in stock and supposedly sending an email. When I request to cancel the order and ask for a refund, they hang up! Don’t do business. They are trying to get me to order more expensive items since the ones I ordered armrest now not in stock some how! Not a Catholic company, definitely not doing Gods work.

I purchased two St. Christopher hockey necklaces for my grandsons for Christmas. Based on the good reviews I thought the necklaces would be of good quality and would last for awhile. So I didn't mind spending a little more to get them something a little nicer. My one grandsons charm fell off the necklace and then the chain broke. When I called today I was told nothing could be done about it and suggested to take it to a jewelry store and get it fixed. I was surprised that after 6 months of having this necklace it broke . I'm disappointed in the quality and the service.
