I hate that happened to you. They have always been closed on Mondays. That's pretty typical for independent restaurants that are open Sunday, around here. I didn't see the website. Very sorry that you were disappointed. 😢
Has always been closed on Mondays for as long as I can remember.
Best to my knowledge they have always been closed on Mondays they need to update the website so every one would know the days & the hours opening & closings

Yes I understand that but the website should state closed on Monday.
I think that is their Sunday. They take Monday instead I Sunday ( I Think)
