How do you ever get anyone at the store to help you because me and my husband was in the store for over 30 min and not one person offers to help. We even asked someone for help but he said sorry I waiting on another customer

I try to go to a less busy section and find someone. The small tile section is always chaos

Did not have that problem. When we were there had lots of employees asking if they could assist us.
