Only interested in parcels. Poor voice recognition on recording. Damage to residential wiring by irresponsible driver. Impossible to make internet contact. Indifferent desk staff, and virtually impossible corporate connection, make a claim with BBB and the Federal agency controlling the industry the only means of filing a claim for damage. Such irresponsibility does not deserve to be patronized. Lack of integrity!!!! = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = (After UPS Reply) Response was boilerplate, absolving of ANY true responsible action or interest, just a "make nice face" to cover ineptitude. TRULY lacking in ANY degree of integrity. I do not do social media connections, especially when demanded to do so. God is watching, and keeping score. On my part, I will file complaints with the local utility board, the Better Business Bureau, and the Consumer Protection Agency, so the incident is a matter of public record. DJordan

Extremely dishonest supervisors here, if you received an attempted delivery alert but you were home it almost certainly never made it onto a truck and they will scan almost any reason to avoid a ding in their metrics. If you can make it to the depot theres a 99% chance it's just sitting there waiting to be loaded the next day. Whether or not they can be bothered to retrieve it is whole different story. Just hope the package isn't something critical like medication and don't hold your breath for an apology, they'll have no issue expressing their utter disdain for you if you have the nerve to darken their door instead of waiting on a redelivery attempt that may never come.

I have never heard of UPS leaving a funal notification note on the first attempt. In the past, they have left me two notices before leaving a final (3rd) notice.
Richard UPS is liable for the declared valued. Declared Value charges are $1.15 for each $100 (or portion of $100) of the total value declared, with a minimum charge of $3.45.

No. They are NOT a store. You can drop packages, if they are already packaged up and ready to go. They don't provide any additional services.
No. It's not a "store" location like that. You can drop off already boxed packages for shipping.
Amazon will pay for returns if u have their return label. Use any UPS drop off point or their facility on Callahan Dr.
