Why does it takes days for them to tell you what’s going on with your bike anyone else have this issue?

Yes the other issue at play here is service contracts must be repaired within 48 hours by contract.

Yup, busy season. Lots of bikes in the queue

They scheduled in advance so say my bike id there and has an unexpected issue they have to fix before they csn get to the next bike and its now busy season
