The long corridor which I refer to as the 'Tunnel' gives one a very uncanny feeling. Certain times of the day and any time of the evening, people prowl around. the state of the art ticket office NEVER seems to be open. The Platforms are narrow and DESOLATE. There appears to be a lack of police patrolling the platforms. I rarely use this facility. Be alert and take extra Precaution.

Yes there is a bathroom in rahway train station.
New Jersey Transit usually stops running around 2:00 a.m. also this train does not go directly to Harlem you would have to make a switch in New York to either MTA Subway or bus

Not sure. I do know that you can pay for quite a few hours. When I used to work in the city I paid for a monthly parking pass which allowed me to park as long as I would like.
