First and last time. Wait time is horrible.

Postal carrier on my street never looks at names on box and puts both my neighbors mail and mine in the same box. Good thing we get along. If we didn’t, I would sue you guys. Today is a clear example of how this PO is different and less efficient than all the others. I walked in, no one was at counter, five people in line w no one in site. I came to Westfield PO bc I had to come this way. In and out. Last week I went to Avenel. In and out. Both places in and out w my shopping complete. Rahway PO has been suffering since before the pandemic so that’s not the reason. Something needs to be done. We wonder why the postal service suffers; this is why.

I have been waiting on a delivery for over a week now I keep getting the run around for my items which makes no sense to me at all .. when you call the number takes you to CS which isn’t any help at all & the direct number nobody answers .. This is horrible just horrible..

After reading multiple reviews I see that I am not alone. The women here are super rude, I have an online business and I use prepaid labels. This means I technically do not need to deal with them, but the times I have done the self service my packages end up missing. When I go to ask them about it, which is customary, they tell me they don’t know anything and actually refuse to even look at my receipts and tell me to call a number. However, when I do go up to them so they can scan my packages they tell me to use the self service. I have had no luck with either and very unhappy customers. They are also supposed to scan the packages the same day they are received, they don’t, they take a few days to actually start tracking (if they do). I am not sure who deals with customer service in places like this, since they think no one is above them and no one can tell them what to do. The service is absolutely horrible and the employees very rude. I would just like for my package to get shipped out and start tracking, that’s all!!
