Very pleasant experience. Staff was friendly and courteous. As for the Doctor, he was knowledgeable and had a very pleasant demeanor.

Awful place, the people in the front desk don't know anything about Costumer Service. Stay away from this place!!! I understand your point doctor, but first I did move to the side to continue filling up the paperwork and plus there was nobody else in the waiting area, literally nobody! I am complaining about the tone and the rudeness of the 2 members of the staff, no the request itself. Thanks very much for getting back to me so quickly. I wish you and your business nothing but the best.

I have been a patient here for quite some time now, the office staff is professional, friendly and always ready to help. They act in a caring manner and I would refer all I know to this practice. Dr. Pecker and his staff are the BEST!!

The Pico is a small pump that puts negative pressure on a wound dressing. Every doctor has their own protocol when it loses it's seal. I have my patients remove the pump and discard it, then take the tube, fold it over ,and tape it in place until I see them in the office. You should ask the doctor who placed the dressing how they would like it handled.
