Good location, decent pricing/selection. The reasons my rating is low are the level of customer service - subpar based on my interactions with various employees - and the presence of mold in some of their cabinets. The white spots are not "plume"... that's always mold guys.

Great selection of tobacco and cigars and the staff is exceedingly friendly. Coming from south Florida where cigar smoking is extremely popular, this place has a wonderful nostalgic appeal to it.
