I just left your Douglasville store & we ordered our food & waited 40 minutes but the people that was coming in after us was able to get their order in & get their food & it really wasn’t crowded, not sure what happened but we got up & left.

I just ate a big meal that was free at that cracker barrel, they said someone ordered and left, so thanks for being impatient.

That store is very busy however we have never had a major problem with their service. Usually we just ask and get assistance. I would give them another chance because they truly are a good restaurant😇

Maybe there was a mix up in your order. Did you talk to anyone about it.
