I would have given zero stars if it was an option. I visited the Douglasville Location Easter weekend. This particular weekend the store was offering 20% off your entire purchase. I purchase about $80 worth of items and realized when I got home that the discount wasn't applied to my purchase. I called the number on the receipt several times. Once I finally reached the someone and informed them of the error on their part, I was informed that I would have to drive back to the location for the error to be corrected. I explained to the "manager" that I am unable to return that day (Saturday) but I can return on Monday. I was told the coupon expired that night. I also asked if I can email or text a copy of the receipt. I was told no we don't have external emails. She also stated that I would physically have to be there to correct the error. The "manger" I spoke to was not willing to help me at all. I explained to her that I am a reoccurring customer and actually purchased items the day before with no issue. I asked if anything can be done or if any exceptions can be made due to the inconvenience. I was told it was human error and nothing can be done and to call back on Monday to speak to the store manager. I arrived Monday morning at 9am to speak to the store manager and was informed he doesn't come in until 12pm. FURTHER inconveniencing me because I took time away from my job to come meet with the store manager for him to not even be there. She could have told me that. OR she could have requested my information for him to give me a call back. I eventually gave up b/c I am tired of the run around. I still never received in compensation. I will never shop here again. Beware they will take your money and not care!!! They do not care about their customers or even have an idea of what customer service means.

Store is empty no customer no employees Found something on sale brought it to the register then a was told "ho ho yeah.... NO" then when I ask can you check I was told "oh I know for a fact it isn't on sale" so I asked if she wanted me to walk over and show her she said "there's no point cuz I know" Morale of the story this place was dead when I walked in at 3pm and will die like K mart and sears 🤷🏽‍♂️

Big Lots has a Christmas yard display & will not sell to me even though they have reduced the price. They told me I would have to call the home office for permission to purchase. Now, why wouldn't they do that? Went to At Home store & they were happy to sell me a Christmas display. I don't understand it's this close to Christmas & won't sell me the item!
