I usually like this place but my to go order tonight was absolutely unacceptable. I only received one of my sides of broccoli, they gave me a dry potato with no chili and cheese, and no cinnamon butter for the rolls. I will be calling in the morning because I can’t believe I actually paid (and tipped) for this mess.We also got a 12oz steak when I ordered 14 oz. Update: a refund was issued so I added 2 stars for good customer service.

My second time in Texas Roadhouse but a different location. The first time was in Hiram and the second time in Douglassville. Their service is top-notch!

Great food, Awesome Service, friendly staff. We were seated immediately after entering. My daughter's service dog fit comfortably under the table. And we absolutely LOVED the rolls with cinnamon butter!!!

Four of my coworkers and I ordered food. When food arrived several items were missing. We also asked for bread with each meal and on received 3 rolls. When my coworker at 9pm to pick up missing items, she asked for more bread. She states that they were very rude and told her the kitchen was closed. I order the smothered chicken with cheese instead of gravy. Chicken was burnt with very little cheese and "loaded" sweet potato only had one marshmallow. Horrible experience!
