We will be staying at 4785 Summer Place vacation rental week of July 20th-27th we need to use a boat ramp to put boat in water on the 20th and take boat out of water on the 26th so I am assumong the cost would be $20??

Yes, if you choose to use this boat landing but there's also public access not far from there that is free.
