My mother bought and I bought mega millions tickets here on January 18th. After the drawing on January19th, my mom saw that she got 3 matching numbers, but not the megaball. The mega millions website indicates that she should have won $10. When she went to claim her prize around 2:17, on January 21st the clerk told my mother that she didn't have a winning ticket and did not give my mother her ticket back. My mom called the station and the woman who answered the phone was the one who took her ticket, and when my mom asked to have her ticket returned, she said she'd need to ask her manager about it. Neither of us care too much about the money, but after this experience, we don't have confidence in the integrity of the cashiers that work there.
