This is probably the worst apartments to live at I’ve ever seen they no privacy or respect for anyone they will just walk into you lot apartments uninvited they come up with lies and kick random people out for no reason police are here every week the people in the office always try to start arguments this is just completely unacceptable for living conditions also consider they fact they DO NOT come in ur apartments to do anything they said they would fix at all!!!!!!

Sorry but, the lady in the office never picked up my calls in 2021 Feb. MARCH AND THE BEGINNING OF APRIL. She finally picked up my call on April 21st, 2021. It was a Wednesday. I also looked at the review of this place and it was mostly almost the Manger/assistance Manger not picking up her phone. Lol. AND ITS TRUE! To give her a heads up that we were heading there. Because in early MARCH, my husband walked into the office to apply, SHE SAID YOU HAVE TO CALL AND SET APPOINTMENTS. Giving my husband an attitude. Telling my husband to get out. It was our first time there and there was NO SIGN THAT SAYS "CALL TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT". BUT LET ME REMIND YOU, SHE NEVER PICKED UP OUR CALLS. SO WE DID A WALK IN. She ignored my calls MORE THAN 40XS. I still have my call list history of her not picking up lol. I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT SHE ONLY TAKE APPLICATIONS ON WEDNESDAY WHEN THE OFFICE WAS OPEN TUESDAY- THURSDAY. While I was on the call with her, she said that she was booked and to come in on Thursday, April 22nd. BUT WHAT CONFUSED ME IS THAT SHE TOLD ME TO COME BACK ON THRUSDAY. APPARENTLY, SHE TAKES APPLICATIONS TUESDAY-THRUSDAY. I just told her NO BECAUSE I HEARD YOU ONLY TAKE APPLICATIONS ON WED AND I DONT WANT TO WAIT FOR HER TO PICK UP MY CALLS ANYMORE. WHEN WE GOT THERE, SHE MADE US WAIT FOR 10 MIN. SHE TOLD US THAT SHE DIDNT WANT ANYBODY TO COME BECAUAW HER EYES WERE HURTING. So she was complaining about her eyes hurting that's why she doesn't want to talk and deal with people. SHES NICE BUT WHAT A POOR MANAGEMENT. If your eyes are hurting that much to not want to deal with people, just quit. Your job is to deal with people.
