I ordered an arrangement from out of town a few days ago.i expressed that I'd had an unsatisfied experience the week before with another florist in town so I asked for a photo of the arrangement to be sent to me so I would know what I paid for.it was never sent I don't even know if the flowers were even sent.they did however correctly process my card info for the over 100$for the flowers.i have no idea what I paid for

I was so disappointed with the casket spray we ordered for my mother-n-law's funeral. We paid $369 and we ordered a simple pink scheme. They could not get some of the flowers in pink but they assured me they would match it with the other flowers. They chose a" dingy peach" color carnation that did not go with the color scheme. I would not recommend this florist unless you can see the flowers arrangement before purchasing or else you may take a chance of being stuck with an arrangement that you do not like for such a sensitive occasion that you want everything to be beautiful. Buyer beware. The owner's response below gives me pause, and I must correct his statement. I was told when I placed the order pink was not available in a certain flower. but they'd select something that would blend in with the simple pink theme and by no means did I approve the spray colors that were selected. Also, I was told the designer had been up all night with very little sleep so perhaps she was not designing at her best and I also assumed that played a part in how unprofessional she managed my call afterwards. Again, after my experience with the way the owner managed my concerns, I would not recommend this florist unless you can see the arrangement prior to purchasing. A very bad experience during a very sad time for our family.
