Do they ever answer the phone?? Been on hold for over an hour and half and still no answer! Even called from another phone and been on hold for 30 miins... This is crazy.

You have to call the number then get a refererence number to speak to someone at each location.. On the phone they are very rude but in person they were very nice

Everytime I called, they answered and transferred me to where I needed to be transferred.

They are a bunch of liars and rude as hell
