Why are the pick up hours only from 10 -2??? I understand it's a business if you can come pick up my car at 2:30 in the morning I should be able to have a better window to pick up my car??

I said the same thing. And the answer I got was we're not consumers. They don't tend to our needs. I was also threatened that my car could be held for a few more days because i had an attitude. I had a 2 hour drive and a representative told me to be there at 1:30, after arriving, i was told no paperwork had been sent and when i called the 336 number, they denied anyone said that. I had to wait until the next day because it takes them "24 hours" to fax paperwork and take pictures.

They told me the exact same thing. You would think these companies would find better people to do their business. But face it they are out for your money that's why with the covid and alot of folks out of work the banks will repo over 1 payment. Remember the banks and never do business with such low life people again
