There are signs saying no dogs
I have seen people walk their dogs on the south Jetty by The Beach area there are benches and everything under the trees where people take their dogs I've seen them there
I've also seen dogs at South Jetty. I don't think they are allowed in the beach area.
Yes I believe so, I don't remember seeing any signs saying they weren't allowed
