This community is beautiful and very well maintained. Amenities are top notch and the staff is extremely accommodating, very helpful with all of my moving questions. highly recommend!

Pros: beautiful landscape, great looking pool area. Cons: 1.hallways are always dirty 2. you pay for valet trash to sometimes it never gets picked up 3. Noisy apartments. You can hear everything that your surrounding neighbors are doing. Whether it’s using the toilet, taking a shower, having a conversation, even my neighbors alarm that wakes me up everyday at 5am. 4. EXPENSIVE WATER BILL. Be prepared to at least pay 100.00 per person in your home. They have control over the water meters and you pay for it dearly. 5. Management. They never handle noise complaints, people smoking in the buildings…well how can anyone take care of anything when management comes and goes. Never any consistency. This place I would never recommend to anyone. You will be so upset that you pay over 2,000 a month to live in pure misery.

These are luxury apartments. When I was shopping for a place to live, Treviso Grand was in a perfect area and the buildings looked nice. Everything inside looked clean and neat. Now, while living here, you get to know the real deal. The appliances are not that great. I would not buy any of them; washer, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Like I said, these are luxury apartments. Doors slam shut unless you hold it and close it yourself otherwise everyone can hear it slam. Just read that management want people to keep noise levels down. The walls are thin, not insulated for noise reduction. I can hear cabinet doors close, voices, showers, washers, etc. What I'm trying to say is that these luxury apartments are really a sham. But I am not here forever so I can withstand the non luxury apartment living. Also the staff and people living here are a good bunch.

Kindest office staff and always quick to respond when I have questions. The maintenance person “John” gets things complicated in a timely manner. They go out of their way to help you. The property is really nice. The pool and outdoor areas are great and well maintained. The apartments are new and love the layouts. The beaches are about 20 minutes away from the apartment complex. What a wonderful place to live. I would recommend this place for sure!

Hello June! Our weight restrictions on the 2nd and 3rd floors are 40 pounds combined for two pets. There is no weight limit for two pets on the first floor. There is a pet limit of two, no matter the configuration between dogs and cats. We also do not allow most aggressive breeds and mixes of same. Hello Dawn! Treviso Grand is a certified, 100% smoke-free property. Smoking (including e-cigs and vapes) is not allowed in the apartment buildings, nor is it allowed outside on the grounds.
