I just moved in a couple weeks ago and had a couple maintenance issues. Kurt and Brantley from the maintenance dept. went above and beyond of taking care of the minor problems.

They don’t pick up the phone if you have any questions or concerns. They charge way too much for what they offer. There is mold in the vents all the time.

Brantley was amazing!! He explained what he was doing as he was fixing our AC unit. Absolutely wonderful customer service! Made an unpleasant situation very pleasant!

Water, sewer and trash are combined into one utility and it's based on how much your apartment block (four apartments) end up using each month. The amount can fluctuate but is usually minimal.
My suggestion is contact Woodmere Apartments down the street. Way nicer, far bigger and way better staff. Beginning with the application process, Advenir will be your biggest nightmare and the countdown to your move out date will begin shortly after move-in.
I know this was 2 months ago, but if you're still curious... The lowest price I've seen for the smaller of the 2 one bedroom layouts is 960. And then there's a $35 water bill per person and about $10 a month between the admin fee, trash and sewer. There's a $300 security deposit moving in. And since you mentioned you have pets, it's $25 a month per pet as well after the $300 security deposit per pet.
