Don’t move here. Worst year of my life. From hearing absolutely everything upstairs, the dangerous playground, being flooded by the upstairs neighbors, expensive bills, to the fridge freezing my eggs and nothing being done about it. The mold everywhere, old ac units. Don’t let the “free wifi” trick you, can’t even play Pac-Man on that. It’s so slow. Looks good on paper, terrible place to live though. Don’t believe me than good luck, only moved here to get out of Nj fast. Should have done more research. Went to a new place for $600 more a month and it’s so worth it. Spend a bit more, this is terrible. Update: 3 months later we get sent a bill for $482, not even telling us what for. We have every single picture of all the mold and water damage we were left with. Guess this is the route they want to go. They should be paying us at this point. Don’t waste your time here. Especially in M101 unless M201 left. Worst experience ever.

Recently signed our 3rd lease here at the Venetian, and have always enjoyed our time here. Amber and Erika in the office are helpful, patient and professional. Their maintenance team of Vince and Mick are very knowledgeable and have fixed any problems we've ran into in a timely manner. Thank you guys for making our stay here a pleasant one. Ps the complexes new paint job looks terrific! 😄

I would not recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy. Black mold due to roof leak which took 2 months for them to fix after they were notified. So many issues, and extremely poor management.
