Truly one of the best Hampton Inns along with the management and staff they treat all of their guests with kindness and are super responsive I've been coming here for years. It has a beautiful pool and jacuzzi and I was going to spend the weekend and sadly wasn't able to make it last minute because of a death in the family and Nick was gracious enough to refund my points this is why I continue to return this Hampton Inn and highly recommended it!

Room was very dated and dirty. Bed hurt my back so bad that I felt I would've slept better in my car. Breakfast was over-salted scrambled eggs and warm coffee. Staff was pleasant; though, I wish I would've stayed across the street at the Holiday Inn Express.

Everything was great until the third day. On the second day we elected not to have made service and only requested towels. By the third day our floor needed to be cleaned and I personally asked the maid to make sure our room was serviced. We left for a few hours so that could be done and when we returned the staff and gone home and our room was not clean. My wife went up to the front desk to see if we could have a room cleaned and she was informed that the front desk person was the only one here and we couldn’t have that done. I’m 63 with a bad back but I went ahead and made the beds picked up all the towels took out the trash. I think the biggest problem is that none of the maids speak English since I don’t speak Spanish there’s a big disconnect. Everyone was really friendly except the girl at the front desk on the third day she was rude and I won’t be coming back here again.

Positive: Excellent Staff, clean and quiet hotel. Nice breakfast and fully stocked at all times. Nice location, close to downtown. Also , nice pool area too. Just a nice vibe about the hotel. Negative: Nope
