Suite#116-We all loved this place! The staff was also so friendly. The seating/bbq/pool area was completely fantastic! Will definitely be returning to same location and hopefully same exact room! Layed out like a beach used to be.

Room 102 is horrible. Window in bathroom does not close at all, very shady and anyone can come in at night, and many bugs climbed into our toothbrush stuff. AC is so loud, like tractor without exhaust, had to shut it down like 3 AM because could not sleep.. then in the morning like 7 AM some restaurant or whatever on other wall was so loud, that my earplugs were no help. I will put charge back on my card.. this is BS. They offered $20 refund which is a joke... You would not pay me to stay here again. Also shower has barely any water coming. They told me it was quite room! Yeah right. Lied!!! You would sleep better in a car, guarantee!

Not the best place to stay. Was probably really nice years ago. Room 125 has new flooring and tile in bathroom but the walls and ceiling are in bad shape. An overall paint job would do wonders and get rid of the musty smell. AC vents were nasty dirty. Stains on the towels. Outside courtyard needs much attention. Some pruning and mulch would go along way here. Pool tiles missing and pool could use more chlorine to remove green algae around the sides. Pool umbrellas all have green mold underneath when opened. Bottom line: I would not stay here until they pump some money into this place to bring it up to better standards. The price is not bad if you can overlook the dirty nasty run down feel of the place. I know it’s a mom & pop place but they need help bring it back to standards.

Just a honest a review I am a Florida resident and understand it is love bug/roach season. The room is updated and honestly not bad for the price but when you have two over two inch roaches in your bathroom and room and have to kill them it does kill the vacation vibe a bit. Believe the other reviews there is bugs. The only saving grace was that they did give us a full refund.
