You cant get picked up on the upper level where you get dropped off. After you get off the ship and go through customs you will exit the terminal at street level and there is a spot for pick up there
***Big tip- take a taxi. Do not tell them where you are going until you are in the vehicle. They cannot turn down your fair. Lyft, and Uber drivers will surround you and tell you several prices. You don't know who you are riding with. Our taxi fair was $8. Lyft and Uber were offering to take us to the same address for $40 plus. Don't be fooled. We were lucky a police officer was there and told us what to do.

Pick up is out of the terminal you see across the street on West Street at that point can be picked up by anybody taxi friend Etc.
That's right! Druvers already know where to go.. just tell them ARRIVALS for NORWEGIAN Cruises. If in doubt, look at your boarding passes or call NORWEGIAN for detailed info.

They can pick you up right where you get o. The ship it's marked for disembark and embarking. Getting off and on. Porters will tell you where to go
